Created to mark International Women’s Day 2023, the #EmbraceEquity campaign video was a tribute to the incredible women of ING Skill Academy including learners, mentors, and team members. Centered around the global IWD theme “Embrace Equity,” the video aimed to reflect the values of inclusion, empowerment, and shared growth within the academy.

My role involved content planning, execution, and direction of the video. The video was crafted to celebrate and highlight the women shaping the academy’s impact and culture.

The project stood as a visual celebration of equity in action, and a storytelling effort to uplift the voices behind the skills while also aligning with the theme.
